10 second update
Living in Nova Scotia for 18 years, “kids” are now 20 and 24. Adrian and I have been together for 34 years. I am working for the Community College. I am now a “cancer surivivor”.

Currently at two dogs, and one ancient cat.

I was listening to too many US politics podcasts before the U.S. election. I posted about it. My current favourites are Front Burner and Mel Robbins among many others I dip in and out of.
After a 15 year gap I have also started listening to The Archers again.

- 30 minutes cardiovascular exercise five days a week

- Getting as many progressive organizations as possible off toxic social media sites (particularly ‘X’)
This site
I used to describe my website as an “Oh look I have a website” site and then found out there are such things as Everything/Nothing or E/N site which mean everything to the writer and nothing (or almost nothing) to anyone else. I am good with that. It is not everything to me and I mainly use it to play around and work out if I can do things or test things or whatever.
The last significant update to this site was on 24th February 2024 when I changed the site logo and a little of the look and feel – particularly the front page. I also added my ideas page and then listed on aboutideasnow.com which is a great resource for the small web. On 1st March 2025 I added a link to the microblog I have been working on which uses the POSSE principles to syndicate quick postings to both Bluesky and Mastodon.
